After Watching His Grandkids Sled All Day, 90-Year-Old WWII Vet Decides to Get In On the Action

While enthusiastically watching his grandchildren sled down a snow-covered hill, 90-year-old WWII veteran, Claude Bratcher decided he wanted in on the action.Bratcher’s grandson-in-law, Anthony Smith, tells ABC
“It was Claude’s idea. He’d been watching us sled for about an hour. After an hour he says, ‘Well I think I want to go sled behind the four-wheeler.’ He didn’t want to just sled down the hill, he wanted to sled down the four-wheeler.
We were concerned, but we weren’t really going that fast. He just wanted to do it because it was fun. He hadn’t done anything like that in a while.”As Bratcher makes his way down the hill, the family dog tags along for the whole ride, appearing to be as happy as anyone to see the 90-year-old grandpa let his inner child out.
