We love dessert, but we had no clue peanut butter fudge was this easy to make! Watch as the One Pot Chef demonstrates how to whip up this decadent sweet treat using the simplest ingredients and, you guessed it, just one pot. The recipe is as follows:
2 cans of sweetened condensed milk
100 g salted butter
1 cup whipping cream
1 tsp vanilla extract
3/4 cups peanut butter (creamy or crunchy depending on preference)
Add ingredients to sauce pan and stir over medium heat for 15 minutes (or until mixture is thick). Pour into greased pan lined with baking paper and allow to cool to room temperature. Freeze for 2 hours, then enjoy!
